Necker Island Entrepreneurs Trip

When should I arrive and depart?

Arrival: Plan to land at Tortola (EIS Airport) between 12:00–2:00 p.m. on Saturday, 1st November. Private boat transfers to Necker begin at 3:00 p.m.  

Departure: All guests must depart Necker by midday on Wednesday, 5th November. Transfers to the airport will align with your flight schedule.

How do I get to Necker Island?

From the USA: American Airlines flies direct from Miami to Tortola (EIS).  

From Europe/UK: Connect via Antigua, Barbados, St. Martin or fly to Miami for a direct connection.  

Important: Necker is in the *British* Virgin Islands (BVI), not the U.S. Virgin Islands. Only book flights to Tortola (EIS).  

A team member will meet you at EIS Airport and escort you to Trellis Bay for the boat transfer.

What documents do I need?

  • A valid passport.  
  • Most guests from the U.S., U.K., and Europe will receive a tourist visa on arrival.  
  • Check your visa requirements here.  
  • $10 USD in cash is required for the BVI environmental tax upon arrival.

What should I pack?

  • Light, island-casual clothing  
  • Swimwear and activewear  
  • All-white outfit for a special evening  
  • Smart-casual attire for dinners  
  • Sunscreen, insect repellent, beachwear, medications  
  • Wedges or flat shoes (no stilettos) – paths can be uneven  
  • US-style power adapter (110V)
  • Passport and travel documents 

What is the daily schedule like?

  • Morning: Breakfast from 8:30 a.m., followed by content sessions starting at 10:30 a.m.
  • Afternoon: Activities (sailing, tennis, yoga, spa, lemur feeding) and time to connect or relax.
  • Evening: Themed dinners and social events under the stars. Expect surprises!

Will I have a roommate?

Yes, unless otherwise requested. Shared rooms include spacious single beds and premium amenities. Room assignments are provided upon arrival.

What should I submit before the trip?

Please send:  

  • Flight details (arrival/departure time, airline, flight numbers)  
  • Bio (max 250 words) and headshot (for Richard Branson & team)  
  • Medical/allergy info  
  • Emergency contact details  
  • PA or assistant contact info (if applicable)
